Rydal over the last 2 years has seen some significant growth and this has come down to the great work ethic within our business. The technology industry has historically been seen as a male dominant environment but I’m please to say that Rydal is certainly closing the gap on the tech sectors ‘gender diversity gap’.
From senior management through to support our female workers are part of the drive to growth. We even have a new name for it – FETECH growth 🙂
