This month we’re making another key addition to the team with our new Level 3 Senior IT Technician, Tim Prentice.
Tim’s wealth of experience will help the business internally and add great value to our end users. We have already started to see many of our customers taking advantage of our Managed IT Solution and Tim will help us ensure the IT service desk is delivering excellence to our customers and fixing any major Tier 2/3 incidents calmly and efficiently.
Tim has over 13 years experience working in various roles in IT environments, specialising in digital transformation and supporting both enterprise and SME businesses through crucial technology changes.
