As of 3rd June 2025, Rydal Group is pleased to announce the successful acquisition of the IT services division of Swift Tech Response Limited, a Harrogate-based provider of managed IT support. This strategic move marks Rydal’s latest acquisition in 2025, further strengthening its nationwide presence and commitment to delivering expert-led IT and communications services across the UK.
The integration sees the transition of Swift Tech’s IT operations into Rydal Group, with the existing technical support team and supplier relationships remaining in place to ensure service continuity for all customers.
