Rydal Group, a UK provider of business communications and IT technology solutions, has completed the acquisition of Agenda IT client base.

Rydal Group are delighted to confirm the acquisition of Agenda IT client base which further expands the strength of our IT Support team. With the purchase Agenda IT team join our existing support staff and the Market Harborough offices remain in place and open allowing us to further expand our team with a wider catchment area. 

The company will now operate under Rydal Group and the existing management team and employees of Agenda IT will integrate into our group structure with a primary focus on helping us further expand our IT Managed Service to our clients.
