Rydal Group acquires Broken Stones IT

PETERBOROUGH, Cambs – 12th April 2022 – Rydal Group, is pleased to announce that it has acquired BrokenStones Managed IT, a Managed IT service provider based in the West Midlands (for an undisclosed fee). This acquisition will strengthen BrokenStones’ clients with access to additional services that will benefit their businesses. Not only this, but it will also bolster Rydal Group’s position within the Managed IT industry by providing Rydal with another location to operate from.

BrokenStones will continue operating from its Lichfield offices, with no changes. The existing management team and employees of BrokenStones will integrate into Rydal Groups’ structure with a primary focus on helping them further expand their IT Managed Services to its clients. The business will now be led by Rydal’s Managing Director – Steffan Dancy and his team of expert staff. The acquisition is another step forward in Rydal’s strategy to grow its footprint within the managed IT services market, which also includes the recent acquisition of Agenda IT.
