Had an issue with billing at Rydall and after flagging this to the team, I was contacted by Jack Marriott who has taken over as our account manager, he arranged a face to face visit which was admirable, and had prepared potential solutions for us prior to the meeting to bring the costs back down. I found him straight talking and fair, explaining the disadvantages and advantages of each solution. Hopefully the changes we are implementing will bring our bills down and improve other areas of the business as well. Would highly recommend Jack for finding solutions for problems. He arrived and we were not happy, he left with chocolate cake.
1st class customer service from Sharon Fleet in the office and Simon the engineer. When we relocated our office I had not envisaged the amount of broadband issues caused by BT. I have recently been dealing with Tracy Hill as a result of queries arising from the sale of BluSky Group to Rydal. Tracy has dealt with these issues thoroughly and professionally throughout, and with great patience, and has always kept me informed of the various stages of the process. I have great confidence now that any issues that may arise in future will be dealt with as quickly and effectively as possible by Rydal. One of the major problems we have had in the past with communications providers has been poor customer service, and that certainly hasn't been the case with Rydal.
